Can you imagine the most majestic and beautiful horse that you have ever seen in your life? In your mind’s eye can you see what a powerful being it is?  Can you see how the muscles ripple under its skin, how its eyes seem to look right through you and the grace and ease of its movement?  Now imagine this beautiful, powerful and majestic animals being kept hidden from the world and so that nobody could ever ever get to experience the magnificence of that beautiful animal.  How disappointing!

 

And yet in our own species we see this happening all the time.  It is very seldom that we get to see the true magnificence within each person.

You may be asking, “What do you mean?”  The sad truth is that the majority of us keep our authenticity and greatness hidden from the world because we ourselves don’t even know to what extent it exists and we often cannot even recognize it.  If we only could truly know what lies within us and how that greatness could be used to impact the world in positive ways and if we only knew how our lives could be an inspiration and encouragement to many others around us.  But not everyone knows this.  Who in life, introduces us to our greatness and who teaches us how to even recognize it?

 

The reasons for people hiding their magnificence from the world are many and varied.  Some could be because when they did step out of their comfort zone and try and do something great or be someone great, they may have been ridiculed, criticized or told that they are “too full of themselves”.  They may have had somebody that tried to compete with them and talk down at them.  There may have been instances of abuse and belittling where people just lost their confidence in themselves.  There may have just been a lack of role models and teachers in their life who could have explained these concepts to them.

 

But when you trust that you are intrinsically magnificent, whether anybody else thinks so or not, whether anybody else acknowledges it or not, and you embrace your magnificence.  Life becomes beautiful.  This is especially true if you surround yourself with people who are not threatened by your magnificence, and they understand their own magnificence and together you can appreciate and celebrate the magnificence that each of you are.

 

Can you just imagine an environment where nobody was threatened by the magnificence of any other person?  Can you imagine an environment where each one was able to wholeheartedly embrace and celebrate the magnificence of those around them.

 

Imagine an environment where you were not condemned and you never felt the need to hide away or be out of full view of people seeing who you really are.  Imagine the absolute freedom within to live in the truth and authenticity of who you really are – that beautiful, magnificent self that you really are!!

 

When you discover how valuable you are and you embrace the greatness that is within you , it creates so much joy in your life that you just cannot contain it and you find it naturally radiating out to the world.  You cannot help but attract people and opportunities into your life that align with your joy and magnificence.  You, too, will be able to see the magnificence within other people and will be able to embrace and celebrate their magnificence too.  This is because you are only able to give that which is within you!

 

When we play small and when we hide the truth of our magnificence away and we protect ourselves from possible criticism from other people, we do nobody a favor – not ourselves and not anybody else.

 

To really make a powerful impact in this world we need to step out and live from a consciousness of feeling magnificent.

We need to become comfortable in the knowledge that we are truly magnificent beings and that we have no need to hide away from people or life.  It is simply our mindset and the stories we have accepted or created in our lives that determine whether we can see that magnificence or not.

 

My closing encouragement to you is this:

Be all you can be and in order to do that you need to … SET YOUR MAGNIFICENT SELF FREE!

 

 

 

Research has shown that it is possible that up to two-thirds of employees may not necessarily be fully engaged in their jobs.
